CHRIS ADAMS : PROSPECTIVE MP
for Aylesbury Constituency
Whats New:
High Speed Rail
March 28th 2010
Chris
Adams, UKIP Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Aylesbury says that as usual
the public are not consulted, the proposed line would run extremely close to
Aylesbury & head north to Birmingham. Chris says "We just cannot afford this"
and it is not the right place for it! The ideal place is through the M1 corridor
where the main Euston line is currently running. There are no benefits to have
HS2 through Buckinghamshire, it doesn't even stop here!

CHRIS ADAMS PROSPECTIVE MP FOR AYLESBURY
DOWNLOAD NEW CHRIS ADAMS PLEDGE BOOKLET
Name: Chris Adams
Party: UK Independence Party
Born: October 9th 1963, Aylesbury, Bucks
Current job: Political Advisor for UKIP, Charity Worker.
Family: I am a single man, my family have all stood in local elections in Aylesbury Vale.
Home address: Whitehead Way, Aylesbury Bucks
Education: The Grange School, Aylesbury from 1974 to 1980
Interests: Charitable work, Music, Football, Films & walking in the Countryside.
Interesting facts: I stood in the 2005 General Election for UKIP, I have also stood in the Henley By Election in 2008 and in many local District & County Elections.
What he stands for: I've decided to stand for the Aylesbury constituency because none of the other political parties standing can be trusted.
They look and sound the same.
Following the expenses scandal, including our current MP, Aylesbury deserves better than the career politicians in the Commons.
In 2004 I entered politics after realising parties did not represent people's views on issues like the daily £45 million cost to the UK of being part of the EU where 75 per cent of laws are made. We need to regain our powers.
Trade, post office closures, immigration, VAT, fuel taxes, farming and fishing are EU-controlled.
I raised enough money to give me a fighting chance, but that is no substitute for hard work and I will be on the streets talking to as many people as possible.
I will ask for the votes of disenfranchised and apathetic voters for a real people's voice on behalf of Aylesbury and not be whipped along party political lines.
UKIP MANIFESTO ATTRACTS LIB DEMS!
Key
UKIP policies have been copied and inserted
into the Liberal Democrat election manifesto.UKIP introduced a provisional
manifesto at the party’s spring conference in March and it appears the
Liberal Democrats have taken a healthy interest in three of the straight
talking ideas. The Lib Dems say they would like to
introduce a flat-tax and take the low paid out of tax altogether, a UKIP
policy since 2006.Nick Clegg’s party also says it wants to
introduce elected County Health Boards – a policy the liberals have copied
word for word. And finally, the Lib Dems have followed UKIP on transport
policy by adopting plans to re-open thousands of miles of railway lines and
invest some £3 billion in the UK’s ageing railway system. However, unlike
UKIP, they say they will pay for the new infrastructure by robbing money
from the road budget – not by making a £6.4 billion annual saving by leaving
the EU.UKIP's Parliamentary Candidate for Aylesbury said: “I am flattered
that the Liberal Democrats are taking UKIP’s lead but we wonder why their
own policy nest is so empty. “UKIP’s policy package is overflowing with
potential and it’s clear that only UKIP have the policies to put Britain
back on the road to prosperity.”Labour and the Conservatives are yet to launch full election manifestos.
